What a comparison shows

Each side-by-side view lines up the same nine federal metrics for every employer: location, industry, total OSHA inspections, total and serious/willful/repeat violations, current penalty after any settlement, and Wage & Hour Division back wages and case counts. The figures are the current adjusted amounts on file at the U.S. Department of Labor's data.dol.gov, the same records used on each employer's detail page. Employers appear once they have at least two OSHA inspections or $1,000 or more in back wages.
